Appointments and addresses
Consultations are by appointment only, at one of the two centres. Here is where, when and how.
If you have chest pain, difficulty breathing, a loss of consciousness, sudden weakness on one side of the body or heavy bleeding that will not stop, call 15 without delay — or 112 anywhere in the European Union.
Appointments are booked online, on Doctolib. Slots are released progressively, twelve hours before the stated consultation time.
The switchboard of SOS Médecins Grand Paris, the association running both centres, answers on 3624 (€0.15 per minute from a French landline).
3624 is the switchboard of SOS Médecins Grand Paris; it is not Dr Venord’s personal line. It directs you to whichever centre and slot are available.
Both open every day from 8 am to midnight, Sundays and public holidays included, and by appointment only.
Paris 19th
75019 Paris — Porte de la Villette. The centre also houses a practice of independent nurses.
Paris 13th
75013 Paris — on the edge of the 5th and 14th districts. The same building also hosts other medical services — including international vaccinations, ultrasound and phlebology — independently of the general practice consultation.
